POur mission is to develop a ‘Centre of Excellence’ for budget and policy that promotes innovative ideas, effective and efficient service delivery, and sustainable development for better wellbeing of African societies. We do this through research, training, capacity building and knowledge impartation that support result-driven policy, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. Our big-picture view allows us to address fundamental economic, social, political and environmental issues impeding growth and development.

Our work influences government, private sector, academic and research institutions, non-governmental organizations, international organizations, and the larger society, through scientific and strategic policy approach.
